Hello, I'm Kelly Inman, a passionate wedding planner and day-of coordinator with over a decade of experience guiding brides toward the wedding of their dreams. Finalize your wedding date. Budget. Choose the perfect venue. Select and book your vendors (florists, photographers, caterers, etc.). Shop for your wedding dress and attire. Create your wedding vision and start building your dream day!

Step 2: Set – Keeping Everything on Track

The Set phase is your mid-way checkpoint. We'll review everything you've planned so far, make sure all tasks are on track, and ensure that no detail is overlooked. This is where I hold you accountable, support your decisions, and fine-tune the details for a seamless wedding day.

Accountability check-ins to track progress. Final confirmations with vendors. Finalizing your wedding timeline. Ensuring your bridal party is fully prepared. Managing family expectations and preventing last-minute stress.

Step 3: Go – Day-of Coordination for a Flawless Wedding Day

Many families like to use a friend or family member to coordinate their wedding.  That’s not a problem!  I’m here to hold the flashlight and show them the way.

On your big day, your focus should be on enjoying the celebration—not managing the logistics. In the Go phase, I’ll coordinate all the details, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating your love. From vendor coordination to troubleshooting unexpected challenges, I’ve got it covered.

Key Steps:

Day-of coordination and vendor management. Ceremony execution and guest flow. Reception management, including speeches, dances, and the grand exit. Troubleshooting any issues that arise. Post-wedding breakdown and closure.
